The refrigerant freezes the product at a very low temperature, and the packaging materials should be able to withstand the low temperature from ordinary freezing to a lower low temperature, without brittle fracture, moreover, judging from the convenience of conditioning before final consumption, the product is heated and thawed in hot water together with the packaging materials and heated to the edible temperature, so that the packaging materials should be able to withstand temperatures of 100 ℃ or higher. In addition, since the packaging bag will be subject to physical impact during the manufacturing process, circulation stage and thawing, it is a very important condition for the food outer packaging to have friction resistance. The outer packaging of frozen food is generally easy to be damaged under the action of external force, resulting in micropores that are not easy to be found by naked eyes, and bacteria are easy to invade from there, causing secondary pollution. Therefore, it is required that packaging materials should choose plastic materials with good friction resistance, impact resistance and sealing performance. At present, nylon composite materials, polyester, polypropylene and other composite materials have been adopted.
